Flood-Control Coordination
- This module visualizes reservoir fundamentals and real-time basin rainfall, water-regime, and video-monitoring conditions. Using multidimensional warning indicators, it intelligently calculates and triggers rainfall/water-regime alerts, while in-depth basin analysis identifies the characteristics of rainfall, river inflows, and reservoir water levels. By organizing and mining patterns in large volumes of monitoring data, the platform supports multidimensional queries and comparative analysis of real-time and historical data for reservoirs, key flood-control river reaches, and canals, making flood-control decisions more scientific and precise.

Infrastructure Safety
- The system integrates automated instruments for deformation, seepage, stress, seismic activity, and BeiDou GNSS, receiving and processing key data such as dam displacement and settlement in real time to significantly strengthen safety monitoring and early warning. It combines automated monitoring with manual inspection data and uses Basin One Map to present a panoramic view of structures, facility conditions, safety alerts, and real-time rainfall and water regimes. Dynamic dam phreatic-line visualization, precise hazard location, and closed-loop risk control provide comprehensive protection for safe reservoir operation.

Inspection & Maintenance
- Using digital technologies, the platform comprehensively improves the efficiency and quality of inspections across reservoirs and surrounding areas. It integrates inspection-task management, issue discovery and resolution, and route recording and analysis to support safe infrastructure operation and effective water-administration and reservoir-area inspections. With the mobile app, inspectors receive tasks and record routes in real time, report issues immediately, and automatically track resolution progress, making inspections more standardized and intelligent.

Mobile Application
- The mobile application connects the basin’s core operations, enabling real-time monitoring of rainfall and water regimes, water intakes, and power-station conditions so managers can accurately understand changing conditions and make efficient decisions. It also lets basin water users conveniently submit water-demand information from mobile devices. By integrating infrastructure inspection and maintenance with standardized QR-code scanning, it creates a unified closed loop for mobile operations and comprehensively improves the convenience and coordination efficiency of basin management.

Remote Gate Control
- The system automatically collects real-time data from each gate station, including water level, flow, and gate opening, as well as execution status and fault data while commands are carried out; it stores and processes these data as required. Based on user permissions, gates can be raised, lowered, opened, and closed manually or automatically from a remote location, with support for remote jog control and target-opening settings. The control interface displays gate operating status, power and environmental conditions, water-regime data, and alarms. Data storage and retrieval, report printing, operation-log management, and data synchronization and sharing ensure data integrity and availability while comprehensively improving reservoir management efficiency and safety.
